Halflings stand about 3 feet tall and usually weigh between 30 and 35 pounds. Their skin is ruddy and their hair is black and straight. They have brown or black eyes. Halflings often have sideburns but beards are rare among them and mustaches are almost unseen. Lightfoot halflings are naturally agile. Their slim and nimble bodies allow for exceptional freedom of movement and a nimbleness that is unparalleled by any other race. Their magnificent hand coordination also makes them naturals when it comes to combat skills requiring a high degree of manual dexterity.

Eslaiqi Lightfoot Halflings

The Small of Sametsuen: The largest majority of halflings, or saghir in the Eslaiqi tongue, residing within the forests surrounding Sametsuen, these folks are known for their notably small stature even when compared to the other Eslaiqi saghir and those of Myzelis as a whole. Despite this size, these halflings are known for their huge personalities, with many actors, musicians and poets coming out of an area usually revered for its medical proficiency.

Gylidder Lightfoot Halflings

Heroes at Play: Lightfoot halflings are commonplace in many locations all around Gylidd but nowhere are they gathered in greater numbers than Bumblebuck, a large farming village near the head of the Southern Grand Canal where halflings make up most of the population. Most buildings there are small-sized as a result, with the only larger buildings located towards the center of town featuring doorways, rooms, and furniture for both large and small folk. Although casual passers-by may write off their value, those who stay and listen to the proud and noble halflings' stories of sacrifice and generosity know cannot be discounted when measuring the greatness of the Gylidder people. The mayor of Bumblebuck, Gariad "Chilly" Irvina is a perfect representative of his seemingly lazy - but in truth quite motivated and capable - people.
