Elvish

Elvish is the language of the fey of the Great Forest. It is also what the elven species is named after, as it predates the species by several thousand years.
After a certain age, elves innately understand a large portion of the elvish language, even if they are not taught. Some half-elves acquire the same ability, while others simply have a very easy time learning it.

Geographical Distribution

Elvish is primarily spoken in the Great Forest, and the surrounding areas. The predominantly human nation of Northern Usmina uses it as something of a secondary main language.
