It is most common in the east and northeast Empire, and the Forgotten County as there is lower presence by any of the large empire organizations, and there are a large number of deadly monsters roaming the lands. Hunters are feared and respected by the common folk, as they both shield them from danger, but spend too much time close to it to leave completely unchanged. Most Hunters meet a grizzly death when their skills fail them, they slip up, or fight a creature just stronger than what they could take. Very few of them gain any renown outside small communities, and even those that do know that they are constantly on a timer, and eventually, they will die.
