Fooks School of Magic

On the northern side of Fooks are the grounds for the Tesatura (or the School of Magic by its more common name).

People from all over, not just the Eladrin are taught here, drawing in students from even as far as Rayas. It is home to Arcanus the renowned collection of magical texts and run and overseen by Talanashta Quedys.
