Whispering Isles

A series of dark, largely deserted islands within the Slumbering Isles. No one is quite certain what happened to leave these lands so bare of life, but the Cult of Whisper has established them as their home. Rationally speaking, the islands must produce adequate resources to sustain the Cult, as they remain stationed there unless on missions abroad. Most of what goes on there remains a mystery, as the Cult is famously tight-lipped around non-members.
