Aråndal

Aråndal Ebenoak

Third daughter of father Morge Ebenoak, a smith and mother Nørdia Felamne, mead-maker and spiritual guide to followers of Cernunnos, Aråndal (ah-RON-dull) grew up interested in activities and hobbies more traditionally pursued by boys. At a young age, she was fascinated watching her father hammer metal into armor, weapons, and other blacksmith objects. She has learned the craft from him. While she is slower to produce the objects she seeks to create, her products are much more intricate, artistic, and in some cases, more sturdy than those objects made by her father (both a point of pride and envy of her father).   While Aråndal also came to love the crafts of her mother, she has less patience for the mead-making process and thus never took up a true interest. That said, she is skilled at the process and is capable of making exceptional meads. As a child, she attended ceremonies with her mother to honor Cernunnos. Her father in Cernunnos is and has always been strong. Her strong faith was fueled by an event that happened to her upon her 11th birthday celebration. On this day, her family and friends from the Circle (of Cernunnos) held a celebration for her inside a grand clearing within the great forest north of where they lived. That evening just after dusk, a very slight Fairy with brilliant yellow and blue butterfly-like wings led her out of the glade to a small babbling brook. The fairy pointed upstream and motioned Aråndal to follow her gaze. There she saw, not more than 50 meters away, Cernunnos standing amongst a small herd of deer, who all seemed to be awestruck by his presence. Cernunnos turned his gaze from the deer and locked eyes directly with Aråndal which triggered a mystical vision. In this vision, Aråndal heard Lord Cernunnos ask her to become a champion of nature, to always strive for Nature's Balance and for the protection of the animal denizens of the world, especially those of the forest. Aråndal was enraptured by this event and has trained from that day to this to become a Paladin for Lord Cernunnos.     Many believe that Aråndal is delusional about this experience; perhaps she drank too much Mead or made it up, as 11 year olds are apt to do. Aråndal knows what she saw and experienced, and can not be convinced otherwise.

Ideals Protecting Nature and "The Natural Order" at all costs, especially forestlands and its denizens. Bonds Lord-God Cernunnos. She feels that she has been called by him to protect Nature and specifically the creatures of the forests and woodlands of Soclemar. Flaws She rarely forgives anyone of perceived trespasses. Personality type: ISTJ-A Logistician 86% Introverted 85% Observant 62% Thinking 85% Judging 69% Assertive     Few personality types are as practical and dedicated as Logisticians. Known for their reliability and hard work, Logisticians are good at creating and maintaining a secure and stable environment for themselves and their loved ones. Logisticians’ dedication is invaluable in many areas, including their own personal growth.   Yet Logisticians can be easily tripped up in areas where their practical and methodical approach are more of a liability than an asset. Whether it is finding (or keeping) a partner, learning to relax or improvise, reaching dazzling heights on the career ladder, or managing their workload, Logisticians need to put in a conscious effort to develop their weaker traits and additional skills.
