Motivation
Mogoth very much wants to make his father happy. His father has been very involved in developing Mogoth into a military leader for their home village of Umbrall. Being part of the Military in the Goliath culture is as esteemed and respected as perhaps a doctor or lawyer is within the Human culture. To aid in his military development, Mogoth's father has sent him to "experience the world", to meet new people, cultures, to go on adventures, to sow his "wild oats", and so on. His father believes this will be instrumental in Mogoth's development as a worldly, experienced and knowledgable leader.
Mogoth likes to write his family and village to let them know of his experiences and travels as much as he can, as long as the information he shares does not compromise any precarious missions he may be on.
In Nehwon's Trollstep Mountains, the Goliath barbarian Mogoth Limbtwister Konakali was born in Konakali village, raised in a warrior lineage under his father's guidance. He learned the Goliath values of strength, honor, and valor, becoming a formidable warrior. At eighteen, he embarked on a rite of passage to gain worldly experience, facing challenges and battles that tested his strength and character.
