Elvira
Elvira is the Hearthmaster of her Cabal, the Nordengoths. She cares for their Safe Place, and leaves the tending of their ghostly Hallow to her "sister-witch" (I swear that has to be her favorite made-up word) Raven. She's a lovely young woman, deeply in tune with nature and somewhat sidetracked by Spirits and their needs. Her affable demeanor and the way she just gives of herself wherever possible has meant she's in good with the Spirits. That has led to a strong relationship with the people who live in the Near West Side and the members of the Near West Side Pack.
