Ooloonka Talma (a.k.a. "Lulu")
Despite her position as a high-level coordinator within the Institution for Supernatural Beings' Orientation and Habilitation, Ooloonka is actually an incredibly shy and reclusive person. She can usually be found hidden away in her office or working from home due to her hesitancy to interact with anybody else. She is extremely intelligent and empathetic, so much so that being around others who are experiencing any type of strong emotion stresses her out greatly.

Creation
The Institution for Supernatural Beings' Orientation and Habilitation played an enormous role in Lulu's early life. A few days after her creation, an ISBOH scout found her and brought her to a safe house, where she was finally able to feel safe after ducking through alleys, dodging curious glances, and scrounging through dumpsters for food in order to survive in a terrifying new world. From that day onward, Ooloonka was loyal beyond words to the Institution, vowing someday to play a part in its inner workings so she could help others the same way they had helped her in her time of need.
