Deep in the southern hemisphere of Mars, a small and abandoned former Colony now operates as an
AEGIS outpost. Ares Station is a small but fortified installation on the forefront of
the war, housing roughly 50 troops. It is a utilitarian facility built with sturdy materials to withstand the harsh Martian environment. Its primary purpose is gathering critical intelligence and conducting reconnaissance missions in the ongoing war. Ares is home to the
Knight Squadron and its single remaning member:
Galahad.
Hangar
The Hangar is a spacious chamber within Ares Station, housing a variety of land craft and smaller atmospheric
vehicles. The Hangar is bustling with activity, with engineers and technicians preparing and maintaining the fleet.
Armory
The Armory is small but well-stocked with a variety of weapons and equipment for covert operations. Here, players can modify gear, purchase from the station's gunsmith, or test the shooting range.
Barracks
The Barracks are the living quarters for stationed personnel. These compact but functional accommodations provide a respite from the harsh Martian conditions. Bunk beds line the walls, personal belongings are neatly organized, and a communal area allows for camaraderie among the troops.
Medical Bay
The Medical Bay serves as the station's makeshift facility for treating injuries, its sterile environment contrasting with the rugged terrain outside. It is small but functional.
Greenhouse
Amidst the harsh Martian landscape, the Greenhouse is a hydroponic garden that provides Ares Station with vital sustenance. It is a carefully cultivated space, utilizing advanced survival techniques to sustain plant life. Rows of lush greenery fill the entire structure.
Operations Center
The Operations Center is where crucial mission planning and intelligence analysis take place. A large holographic display dominates the center of the room, showcasing maps, data streams, and real-time surveillance footage. Personnel are engaged in analyzing data, coordinating missions, and monitoring enemy activities across multiple terminals and stations.
Perimeter
Around the outside of the installation is a network of security systems intended to alert the station of any possible intrusion or discovery. There is also an external communications array positioned to transmit sensitive data.
