Omniversal Arcana

Omniversal Arcana is a scholarly district that is the center of learning in the city. This district is home to libraries, research centers and a great variety of schools, as well as shops and vendors specializing in magical components, potions, and enchanted items. The oddly shaped buildings are made of shimmering stone that seem to change color in the light, floating statues and animate illusions line the streets. At its heart lies the Loom of Larai, 8 massive towers that comprise the Nominis Arcanum dedicated to the study and use of magic. The district is home to some of the greatest arcanists and wizards in the land, and it is a hub of magical research, experimentation, and innovation. The air is thick with the hum of magic, and visitors are often overwhelmed by the sheer amount of energy that permeates the area. Despite the powerful magic that flows here, the district is a peaceful place, and visitors are free to explore and learn as they see fit.
