Vakra was a Hexblade warlock under the employ of Lord Armand Marcellus. During a mission involving the village or Orlinburg, she was slain by the party. Shortly thereafter, she was resurrected by Lord Armand and sent out to continue her mission, however she deviated and went on a personal quest for vengeance against the party. After kidnapping Ellie and torturing him, the party caught up with her and eliminated her, ending with her life being taken by her former ally, Raesh.
