Morpulcar
The God of Death and Cycles. Morpulcar is said to be the keeper of the dead and guide of the dying. They are the caretaker of the lost soul, with souls that aren’t claimed by their patron often winding up in Morpulcar's realm: The Deadlands, and Morpulcar ferrying all others to their respective afterlife.
Despite the inherent fear of death Morpulcar is mostly depicted as a kind caretaker and guardian. Paladins that worship Morpulcar often wear bright and colorful armor with colorful skulls in an attempt to show the kindness of death and moving on, such as The Order of the Dead Rose.
Morpulcar is one of the most permissive gods. While stories tell that Morpulcar used to punish those who practiced necromancy and profaned the dead, there has been much debate in the last millennia as to whether this is still true or not. Whether Morpulcar permits Necromancers any form of rest after death, many of their mortal followers take it upon themselves to still punish Necromancers.
Historically, Morpulcar is often tied to the Blessed Dead, who is said to have taken a role in their returning from the dead. It is said that Morpulcar also "died" around the time of The Return, though this is often disregarded in the common day by most believers.
