Tongues Tied Thom's Magical Writings

Tongues Tied Thom is a Mute Wizard who specializes in Scrolls.  In addition to regular Scrolls that he has an abundance of, he also has the largest collection of scrolls that has been prepared to cast without verbal component for sale.  Since he is a Mute, all of his own castings and creations are verbal free, however the increase to the price of the scrolls was a bit detrimental, so he engaged several other mages to help him expand his offerings.  
Thom is also a Asamar, though it is hard to tell, as he looks very human.  Most don't know until he speaks to them telepathically.  This can be quite alarming for some patrons as they will be perusing the offering and suddenly hear the words "Can i help you" in their own heads.  Understandably this is a great deterrent to any who are looking to pocket a few magical parchments.  
The Shop Itself it located in the Civil District, as Thom often does work for the Guard and Trader's Council.  The Shop is a large building with two glazed windows in front and a strong door.  The place is heavily warded which is easily seen by the glowing runes on the door.  Pity the thief that tries to break in.  
In addition to Scrolls Thom does have other magical books tomes and even a few random enchanted items for sale from time to time.
