Deadlands

The name given to the devastated region in the south east of Albrien. This land was the starting point of the Splitter War and saw it's most brutal and bloody battles. Today the lands are crawling with undead that randomly band together into hordes that seek to destroy the remaining bastions of civilization in and around the Deadlands.
The undead corruption of the land seems to be spreading over time, reaching further and further into the land. Yet the reason behind this is unknown - and is also a problem largely ignored by the nobles of Albrien that see themselves preoccupied with the ongoing war.
