Queen Arastine Maria Franzasia Emila Remdrathon (a.k.a. Emilia)
As princess and sole heir to the throne of Elorien "Emilia" set out on a cover mission up north to seek aid from the old Empire in the struggle against the Silent Myst. On that journey she made the acquaintance with the individuals that would later on become define the Legacy of the 2nd Legion.
On the journey to Barad, the travelling group was ambushed and Emilia got kidnapped. Destined to be sold off in an secret auction as a rare oddity. During the events of said auction it was proclaimed by Vares Kaltrim that she is a direct decedent of the Ethernal Emperor.
In an effort to bolster her legitimacy and further her mission, she proclaimed herself the reining queen of Elorien. While held in a temple of Bahamut, witnessed by a selected few individuals and fulfilling the technical requirements for the process - her claim to the throne is shaky at best. Yet there are no indication that currently anyone else in Elorien claims the throne - or is even alive to do so.

Emilia appears to be immun to the effects of the Silent Myst and further seems to be capable to shield others against it.
During multiple times of great distress Emilia showed the ability to transform into a dragonesque sporting silver wings and claws - and in immense power.
