The party heads from Emerald Outpost to Ellirion. Yarver tries out his new scrying ability along the way.

November 28th

When they wake the next morning, they discuss their next move. Carlos once again suggests that they visit Elllirion to take a more clandestine approach. Unfortunately for Roswyn, the part of town they will be visiting is full of criminals. The thought of letting them run wild when she's so flush with manacles waiting to be used is very distressing. Carlos, knowing that they cannot show up empty handed, asks Sirian if the Elves can provide any sort of aid as a show of good faith. Sirian provides a small lockbox with roughly 2,000 gold worth of coins to hopefully buy the party some good will until they can provide something more substantial. In the late morning, they take their gift and begin the several day journey to Ellirion.   With Yarver's recent growth in power, Carlos suggests that he try to scry on a target before they arrive: Corym. Unfortunately, he's not successful, but there's always tomorrow. Unsure why, they speculate other targets that they can scry on, like Mayong Mistmoore or some of the Orc bosses.

December 1st

As they leave the canyon around Emerald Outpost, they enter the mountain pass leading to Ellirion and it provides them some protection from the cool ocean winds that have been dropping the temperature. Today, their scrying target is Marrowbone. Having met this target before, Yarver feels more confident in his abilities this time. His confidence is well-deserved, as he successfully scries on Marrowbone. Yarver sees him in his study, with loose pages and scrolls everywhere. He's copying information from one book to another. Soon he stops and grabs a potion from his desk and walks into another room, where Yarver hears heavy coughing before the spell ends. The party spends the rest of the day speculating on what information the vision gives them.

December 2nd

The next morning, in a moment of wild speculation, they decide to use the jar of Bonefire's blood to attempt to scry on an Orc that they killed in battle. In a somewhat unexpected turn, Yarver's scrying succeeds and they see a badly wounded Bonefire laying up in a bed, bandaged and bruised. The most noticeable difference is the massive gash across her neck that was not caused by the party. She spends the spell's 10 minute duration asleep in her bed.
