Harbin Wester
A fat, pompous man who was the initial town master of Phandalin. He aided the Redbrands in their pillaging and extortion of the town. After this was revealed, he was overthrown and arrested by Sildar Hallwinter, Marri'Elle, and Linene Graywind.
While he was in prison, he was murdered during the jailbreak of Iarno Albrek.
