Commerce and Trade

Within our world you will find many different types of Professions and Roles that you can either join or interact with, as well as different forms of currency that can be used universially or only withing a particular faction/group.  

Merchants & Vendors

  • Across the world there are lots of different types of Merchants and Venders NPC's that players can interact with.
  • Some are allined with a particular faction/group and will only interact with equally allined players, while others are neutural and will interact with all players.
  •  

    Player Markets:

  • Players can apply to have their own Merchants within the Player Market areas located at Trading Posts.

    The Foundation:

    The The Foundation operates mostly from The Town of Port Haven.  

    Foundation Currency: NUGets

  • Value: 1x NUGets = 300 Pippi Gold
  • Uses: Can only be used to make purchases with NUG venders such as: Admin & Rewards.
  • Obtained: NUGets can be gained from completeing certain quests, and from the Debt-Collector profession.
  • Please Note: This currency is not a physical item, it is applied to your character. You can check your balance at Riches not Rags: Bank in The Town of Port Haven.

    Also Note:
    The Foundation also has its own merchants/vendors.  

    Debt-Collectors

  • Players can interact with Debt-Collector NPC's, however, interactions will be minimal unless you have the Debt-Collector profession.
  • Players can take on the Debt-Collector Profession.
  • Pirates Guild:

      Most of the commerce professions and roles within our world are owned and operated by the The Pirates Guild.  

    Pirate Guild Currency: Gold Doubloons

  • Value: 1x Gold Doubloons = 300 Pippi Gold
  • Uses: Can only be used to make purchases with Pirate NPC's and Traders.
  • Obtained: Gold Doubloons can be gained from completeing certain quests, and from the Courier profession.
  • Please Note: This currency is not a physical item, it is applied to your character. You can check your balance at (location coming soon) in The Misty Isle's.
  • Also Note:
    The Pirates Guild have their own merchants/vendors.  

    Pirates

  • Players can interact with Pirate NPC's.
  • Please Note:
  • Vanilla Pirates such as the Black Hand will most likey try to kill you, and so might some of The Pirates Guild NPC's depending on your alliences and your characters personality points.

    Couriers

  • Players can interact with courier NPC's, however, interactions will be minimal unless you have the Courier profession.
  • Players can take on the Courier Profession.
  •  

    Traders

  • Players can interact with Trader NPCs within the different towns and trading posts across the world, as they have [DQ] (Daily Quests) that can be completed.
  • Players with the Courier Profession will get different interaction options from the Trader NPC's, as well as the [DQ].
  •  

    Passenger Carriers

  • Players can interact with the 2 Passenger Carriers who travel our world, Turner Jones and his The Flying Dutchman, and Lizzie Jones and her The Merchant Ship.
  • However, you need to have completed the Broken Highway Questline before you can travel with either of these passenger Carrier.
  • Rebel Core

     

    Rebel Core Currency: Pommel

  • Value: 1x Pommels = 300 Pippi Gold
  • Uses: Can only be used to make purchases with Rebel venders.
  • Obtained: Pommels can be gained from completing certain quests, and from the Smuggler profession.
  • Please Note: This currency is not a physical item, it is applied to your character. You can check your balance at (location coming soon) in The Scorched Badlands Town.
  • Also Note:
    The Rebel Core also has its own merchants/vendors.  

    Smugglers

  • Players can interact with smuggler NPC's, however, interactions will be minimal unless you have the Smuggler profession.
  • Players can take on the Smuggler Profession.
  •  

    Shadows Guild

     

    Shadow Guild Currency: Shadow Coins

  • Value: 1x Shadow Coins = 300 Pippi Gold
  • Uses: Can only be used to make purchases with Shadow Guild NPC's or locations such as the Casino Tables at the Slippery When Wet Bathhouse.
  • Obtained: Shadow coins can be gained from completing certain quests, and leveling the Thief profession.
  • Please Note: This currency is not a physical item, it is applied to your character. You can check your balance at The Slippery When Wet: Bathhouse in The Town of Port Haven.
  • Also Note:
    The Shadow Guild also has its own merchants/vendors.  

    Shadow Thiefs

  • Players can take on the Thief Profession.
  • Members of the Thieves Guild are called Shadows, only players who are thieves will be able to recognise and interact with Shadow NPC's.
  •  

    Other Types of Currency

    There are 2 other different currencies within our world that are used mod NPC's.    

    Immersive Currency:

  • Used only for the Immersive venders across the server.
  • The coins are small Bronze, Silver, & Gold coins, they have a blue border around them.
  • These coins are stored in your inventory.
  • They can be made with a coin mould in the Furnace, and can dropped from thralls
  •  

    Pippi Wallet Currency:

  • Used for market/shop vender NPC's across our server
  • -These coins are stored in your inventory wallet (at the bottom of the left inventory menu). Or To see what your balance is, type /wallet in chat.
  • This currency is earnt by playing on our server, completing quests, and by buying/selling to shop venders.
  • You can also directly pay other players using this currency. To pay another player type /pay <character name> <amount> <coin type> like in this example: /pay Gond 1 Bronze.
