District of Blood
The District of Blood is a part of Underhall that was overrun with undead after the cataclysm of Mortuem. It is the part of the city that was connected to most of The Underroads.
The district is quarantined from the rest of the city, and the guards of Underhall maintain a vigilante watch to ensure that no undead make their way into the rest of the city, however any living creatures who wish to enter are permitted, though they are warned and their names are recorded. The District of Blood is ruled over by The Bloodwraith. She rules from her Sanguine Palace.

Rot Market
The Rot Market is where most of the trade in the district is done. Most of the trade is in various types of flesh, though many other items are also sold and bought here, including magic items, weapons, fine clothes and jewelry, and any other oddities and nicknacks that the insane undead might fight interesting enough to satiate their boredom.Economy of Flesh
The most valuable substances in the District are flesh, as the undead are forever starving. The most common types of flesh are from Rot Grubs and Hunter Eels, both of which are very easy and quick to farm. The flesh is mass produced by various enterprises and individuals in the district. A step above that is the flesh of the Giant Bats. The bats are trickier to farm and take much longer to grow than the grubs or eels. Their meat is much more valuable. At the most expensive level is the flesh of intelligent humanoids, which can only be acquired by smugglers bringing them into the city from the outside. Dwarf meat is the most common and as such the least valuable of the intelligent variety.
