Sleet is a really flighty and pretty dumb and does too much stuff that a good queen shouldn't do. First off she fell in love with and mated with a voltian and literally had a kid. And lets not forget how she planned to raise it in a closet with no regard on its future. Secondly she barely gives attention to her own two non-hybrid kids and instead obsesses over some brat with psychopathic tendancies. Oh and of course she forgot to warn her subjects about a delegation that lead to two of the pyro guards getting killed (and Princess Pyre, if Tundra wasn't there to stop her insane brother). She never thinks anything through or takes advice even if other dragons like Splinter or Permafrost tell her that her ideas would have horrible effects in the long run.
