Yililath
Yililath is an wood elf kingdom in the southeast portion of The Western Forest. Unlike the other elven states in the Western Forest, which rarely grow beyond a single settlement, Yililath is relatively expansive and contains a number of towns and cities. The largest, it's capital Aru Tera has over ten thousand residents, many living in buildings built in the branches of an enormous holy tree, which is over fifty feet in diameter and several hundred feet tall. Yililath is ruled by an oligarchy of seven, known as The Seven, who select new members whenever one passes or retires.
The residents of Yililath are usually more friendly to outsiders then most Western Forest Elves, and are perfectly fine with outsiders visiting. However, due to it's remote location and the difficult travel to reach it, relatively few outsiders ever come. Non-elves who visit tend to be regarded with great interest by the residents.
