She was born into a civilian family, but when she was 15, her entire family were wiped out by a rogue Omega Werewolf. Through this tragedy, she came into contact with the Ulme Clan, and joined their ranks as a Hunter.
In her 20s, she met and married Chris Argent, the son of the then Argent Matriach, Elaine Argent, and they had a daughter, Allison. Due to Chris's experiences growing up, they decided to raise Allison as a civilian, and hide the truth about the supernatural from her.
When Elaine Argent died in 2013, her daughter Kate Argent refused the title of Matriarch, preferring to remain an active hunter, and the title passed to Victoria, only the second (third if including Marie-Jeanne Argent, the founder of the clan) Matriarch to not be an Argent by blood.
In 2011, she was murdered by a Kanima controlled by Gerard Argent, due to having discovered the truth about Gerard's role in the Hale House Fire.
