History
Founding of the Lab
Shortly after the United Stellar Commonwealth came into being, a number of organizations and parties came to align themselves with them. One of them was the St. Clair Institue, a research organization founded by 3 people who were, at the time, considered to be the greatest minds in the Universe. Jean-Philippe St. Clair, Marget F. Stranger, and Erin Summers created the company to pioneer new technologies and believed allying themselves with the USC would make them a powerful friend and improve the lives of those under them.
However, some years into this agreement, an incident only known as Rekhalls Incident took place and split the trio up. Erin felt betrayed by something St. Clair did and left the company to make their own, later called SummerTime Labs. Jean-Philippe would remain as the CEO of St. Clair Institue and Marget also left to make a name for herself in the Atlas Union as an explorer.
