Structure

Led by the word of the Imperial Admiral, the Naval fleet is made up of hundreds of ships, each with full crew headed by a captain.  Individual captains are given a degree of freedom to run their ship as seen fit, carrying out personal missions as they see fit, as long as those personal missions do not interfere or corrupt Imperial mandate.

Public Agenda

As the arm of force of the Imperial Admiral, the navy's agenda is an echo of the Imperial message, though often stated in a more direct way.
