The Spilled Flagon

A large inn just inside the western gates of Neverwinter, from the large docks. Owned by a tall bald man by the name of Vor Tannahan.
The inn sports a unique drink called the Dragonskin. Anybody who drinks it must make a Con saving throw of 15, or they become numb to touch and physical pain for one hour, they must make con or dexterity saving throws for every minute they walk, else they stumble on their own numb legs, or hit something and take damage without feeling it.
The Spilled Flagon now sport regular high end entertainment that folks from all around town come to see. It's entertainment that sources from Bob, a bard that made a name for himself a couple weeks ago and gets paid extremely generously to provide excellent music to the sailors and any other patrons come on his nights.
