Circle of Weavers
The Circle of Weavers is the secretive Druid circle that protects and participates in the creation of silk in Nolber. They also serve as the de facto village government and protection force.
The Circle of Weavers is a small, secretive branch of the Circles of the Land, likely numbering less than two dozen at any given time. Relatively unusually for a druidic circle, they pay tribute to a patron goddess: Maiere, Mother of Spiders, minor deity of the Wild Dynasty.
The sources and production techniques for the silk woven in Nolber are incredibly heavily guarded by members of the Circle of Weavers, particularly the secrets of the sea silk harvested from the shallow tidepools off the southwestern coast of the Haldara Peninsula.
