Eastern Duchy

The Eastern Duchy is one of the five duchies of Dreibach. It spans the Liberty Coast from the northern border of Cantonova to the southern border of Draxhaven. It consists of County Brightwater, County Östervan, and County Penzancia. 
The Duke and Duchess of the Eastern Duchy traditionally live in Hart Cove, a small and isolated town one day's travel north of Brightwater. This town was destroyed by the Dread Battalion, but the quick-thinking royal Conjurer managed to shift the palace and the royal family to the Ethereal Plane. The castle still flickers in and out of the Material Plane on occasion, as do the royals and servants within it.
