Hagmaiden
A hagmaiden is an Unseelie Fey creature who has dedicated herself to the service of a powerful hag. Her duties typically involve gathering potion materials, surveying territory, and particularly ensnaring victims for her mother hag. In exchange, she receives echoes of her mother hag's power that build up inside of her, growing stronger by the year. After especially long and loyal service, her spirit might absorb enough latent magic to allow her to transform into a hag herself.
A hagmaiden is always decided, never born. She might begin her life as a Nymph, Eladrin, Kitsune, or even a Pixie, and later find herself dazzled by the potent magical ability of the hag covens and desperate to emulate them.
Alternately, when a Humanoid woman enters a Warlock pact with a hag but does not fulfill its terms, she may be bound into service as a hagmaiden instead. In these cases, the hag claims her Soul and locks it inside another vessel, such as a teapot or doll. Eventually, the doomed woman absorbs enough latent magic from the Feywild to become an immortal fey creature herself, at the cost of her previous personality and memories.
