Empowered Strikes. Kali's attacks are considered magical for the purposes of damage resistance and immunity.
Evasion. When Kali is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she failed. She doesn't benefit from this feature while incapacitated.
Actions
Multiattack. Kali te-Arawn makes two attacks with her quarterstaff and two unarmed strikes.
Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+5 bludgeoning damage.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+5 bludgeoning damage.
Hands of Healing (Recharge 4-6). Kali may replace one unarmed strike attack with an equal amount of healing for herself or another creature within 5 ft. This ability can only be used once per turn.
Hands of Harm (Recharge 4-6). On an unarmed strike attack, Kali may add an equal amount of necrotic damage to the bludgeoning damage she deals. This ability can only be used once per turn.
Reactions
Deflect Missile. In response to being hit by a ranged attack, Kali attempts to catch the missile. The damage from the attack is reduced by 1d10+18. If the damage is reduced to 0, Kali catches the missile if she has a hand free. Slow Fall. When falling, Kali can use her reaction to reduce any fall damage by 55. If the damage is reduced to 0, Kali lands on her feet and isn't prone.
