Blekinge

Veinhel, once a vast expanse of farmland and rolling hills stretching as far as the eye could see, met a grim transformation following the disappearance of the god of death and the ascension of the Lich King. A heavy snowstorm, shrouded in an eerie fog, descended upon the land, accompanied by the haunting presence of spirits from beyond. The once-thriving landscape became a cursed realm, attracting dark creatures.

Amidst the desolation, only a few villages managed to endure. No major kingdom sought to claim the cursed land, allowing the blight to spread unchecked. With the return of Galen and the ascension of Xol, the new goddess of death, the curse was lifted, and the veil of snow and fog dissipated. Seizing the opportunity for renewal, Xol assisted the Markolak family in expanding the small village of Blekinge.

Under the guidance of the Markolak family, Blekinge's influence grew, giving rise to a structured government. Alina Markolak, the ruler of Blekinge, leads the land with a council by her side, their governance shaped by the teachings of the Ordo Venatorum. Blekinge's primary trades revolve around alchemical studies and inventions, the comprehensive study and creation of bestiaries, and the skilled extermination of monsters that threaten the realm.
