Ell

Ell is considered the last Frisian Settlement going from the Hemmlakker Landen up the Venlo Fluss and into the west of Argau and the Wetteran Stadts. The village is settled around the Highcross, the only land route from Frisia to Argau here along the Venlo Fluss. Nearby is the van der Bern Winery and much of the subsitence of the village is subsidized by the profits the van der Bern family makes from the wine. Another notable location in the village is that it is home to a major chapter-house of the Order of the Lantern.
