62. "Ruthy by name Ruthy by nature"

General Summary

• The party enjoyed a week of R&R in Talis, exploring the woods and city rebuild. 
• Whilst enjoying a cup of tea in the main square a strange elf arrived at the front gate- this was Rutheval, the hero of Talis. Rutheval could not remember anything that had happened during the last 400 years, Pansy and the party knew that Rutheval had disappeared into a portal with a strange satchel 400 years ago.
• Hyrsam  then asked Ashtyn to mediate a meeting between the various political forces of the Fringelands , the meeting was held later that night, with all the figures gathered at a large round table. After much back and forth the following was signed off on: 

1. Those Elves of Klip Top that wished too may migrate to Talis and live under Hyrsams rule. 2. Those that remained in kliptop would now join the kingdom of Irrearbor .  3. Ulevethor shall become a protectorate of Irreabor, technically within the bounds of its kingdom whilst remaining independently governed.  4. The lands between the Summer hills and the three Rivers Delta are to become the independent state of the Fenyon tribes .  5. Hyrsam prohibited the fishing, poaching and lumbering of anything within the bounds of the Reaching Wood , except for little joey, son of Major Merry, mayor of Corm Orp .  6. High Hluvthvar, the former stronghold of the Woodsmen Order was returned to them as a trading post within the Reaching wood.  7. The party agreed to infiltrate Mount Burning Eye  at the behest of the Brueger clan dwarves, whilst the The Order of the Companion  would assist in a frontal assault of the mountain once its gates were opened.
Thus, with Johanson as their guide, the party sets off toward the secretive Burning Eye Road.
