Pauper's Dock
The Pauper's Dock is not Marsembers safest neighborhood. The docks extend from Beggar's Bluff, a rough and tumble region where folks who don't wish to draw attention to themselves seem to migrate. The guards have a ruthless approach to the region and are not to be trusted... in a city that has no real civil service the motivations of guild employed guards can vary a great deal from patrol to patrol... The docks offer dirt cheap rates for those who cant afford a berth in the Grand Dock- as long as you don't mind the veritable shanty town of pirates and brigands built right alongside the docks, out over the water.
