Desharka Jishiga (Day-SHARK-uh je-SHE-guh)

Desharka Jishiga (Sylvan, New Family Found Together) is an organization dedicated to those in Ostelliach who feel displaced from their culture due to the circumstances of their birth, including:

• Cross-species and "halfsies" (ex: half orc/elf/dwarf etc., genasi).

• Foundlings and orphans raised in cultures other than their own

• Changelings and others implanted into other cultures without their consent

Desharka Jishiga operates out of Sammen given its reputation for taking in displaced people and refugees, but they make themselves known at all the major towns and hold meet-ups in Cities of Mercy and Wrath, Sundered Gifts, and Expatria when they can. They also often collaborate with Warmhearted Cold Metal, given the overlap in culture of "people lost and trying to belong/feel found" between the two groups.
Primarily a social organization, Desharka Jishiga focuses on connecting people with their heritage and others like them, people that feel adrift between cultures. Thus, there are smaller groups that naturally form between people of similar backgrounds (ex: people who share a parent species). There is no requirement to be involved with the group, but they do appreciate donations to host mixers or other fun events and educational seminars.
