United Federation of Saar'gasi
The United Federation of Saar'gasi is a state found on the continent of Osun. Saar'gasi stretches from River Kovash on the west, to River Ghanag on the east. It is bordered to the north by the Fier Mountains.
Demography and Population
Desert Kharij is primarily occupied by Tieflings, Goliaths, Leonin, and Fire and Earth Genasi.
The Western Hills and Taariq Peninsula are primarily occupied by Gnomes, Halflings, and Goliaths.
Humans can also be found through most of Saar'gasi, though they only represent about 10% of the overall population.
Religion
Saar'gasi lacks a primary state-sponsored church. However, the Triad of Immateriality is commonly worshipped in Desert Kharij, whereas the Nature Triad is worshipped in the more agricultural south (see The Ennead).
Foreign Relations
Saar'gasi has contentious relations with the Khanagate of Saishir due to a series of territory disputes.
The economic relationship between Saar'gasi and the Vadric Principalities is perhaps one of the strongest on Osun. The two are also believed to have diplomatic relations, though the nature of these relations are unknown.
Saar'gasi and its neighbor, the Holy Republic of Ligira, have historically had a strong diplomatic and economic relationship. However, the recent purchase of the Veiled Islands has led to Ligira seizing control of the Silver Bay and River Ghanag. In conjunction with the recent Awakening, political tensions are rather high.

Saar'gasi is composed of three states: the Western Hills, Taariq Peninsula, and Desert Kharij. Each of these states is led by an elected council led by a Lawmaker. States are given a level of autonomy in creating legislation. All three states unite under the High Council, composed of six Lawgivers (two for each state), as well as their presiding Sovereign. All laws passed by the High Council override any state-drafted legislation.
