Commander Alban Cobcastle

Commander of the King's Garrison in Mudwater. He both organized the initial job with Wick and Fork to escort a trade caravan, and offered them the job to sweep the road ahead of the evacuees after sunfall. A tall, imposing middle aged human man, his older brother, Sanders Cobcastle, is Captain of the Guard at the Mayor's Manor, and a Lt. Commander of the King's Garrison.
