Wick
The Initial Encounter
A young, gaunt fire genasi warlock, Wick first encounters the party as he stumbles his way out of a poorly planned evening in the battlefield ruins. He explained that he has a personal interest in planar teleportation, as he is searching for someone he suspects is no longer on the material plane; his sister Cinder. Tilly, demonstrating her eternal curiosity, grilled him for details. Wick, noting her Fey heritage, explained that an archfey, something akin to a satyr, but more powerful, had taken her from this world; an agreement or deal gone awry. Offering warnings about his own mistakes within the battlefield ruins, Wick wishes them good luck, explains he'll likely be staying at The Blushing Crow in Mudwater, should they find anything interesting.Moving Forward, Wherever it may Lead
When the party reconnects with Wick, he had already become acquainted with Xenk, and was establishing an escort job with the guard commander to get himself to Riverbell. Encouraging the party to join him on the job, things took an unexpected turn when the sun fell. As shockwaves shook Mudwater, Tilly was able to see, in the swirling aftereffects of the magical shockwave, a new figure amongst the party. A fire genasi woman, similar to Wick, but stronger in build, seemingly standing about 10 feet in front him, staring silently at him, her mouth agape, as if speaking, but no sound. After a moment however, the woman was gone. When Tilly mentioned what she saw to Wick a short while later, he reacted in surprise, explaining that she had seen Cinder, whose visage was ever present in his field of vision; always staring, sometimes speaking or screaming, but never with any sound. Tilly, Wick explains, is the first person to ever see what he could always see; the constant reminder of his sister's state. With their job altered to reconnaissance before the evacuating town, Wick accompanies the party on the road southward as the snow begins to fall. With the addition of Neshto Fael’Morra, Wick spent some time during their watch in the forest to assist him in learning the druid cantrip, Shillelagh. He also revealed his familiar during their time in the forest, initially a small spider, before he transformed it into a distinctly Fey Snowy Owl.Last Seen
Wick was last seen assisting the party against Dharrakir and Mary's Little Lambs at the old temple tucked against a cliff just outside of Dharrakir's camp. He did not teleport with the party, presumably left behind with Neshto Fael’Morra.
