Sanders Cobcastle

The Captain of the Guard for Mayor Casran, a suspicious and retired Commander taken to a less strenuous job in his age. Extremely suspicious by trade, he gave Bulgey a much harder time than the other two members of government at his meeting with the mayor. His younger brother, Commander Alban Cobcastle took up his mantle in the King's Guard when he retired.
