Tubal-Cain is the military and spiritual leader of the Brotherhood of the Wolf and the Astartes who rallied them after their defeat by Hugh and exile from Outremer. A violent and uncompromising man when he served under Fulk he has become bitter and driven by hatred, seeking perceived vengeance far and wide.
