Responsibilities

The Director of Culture is in charge of ensuring and instilling organisational culture across the Peacekeeper Alliance. These responsibilities include:

Setting Themes

In collaboration with Director of Communications to set the themes for cultural events happening throughout the Peacekeeper Territories.

Approving Heritage

Review heritage practices, decide whether they are able to be approved, need to be changed or are unacceptable, and follow through on the decision.

Overseeing Traditions

Ensure that traditions are adapted to fit with the ideals of the Alliance, and create new traditions to match with the predefined themes and messages. This includes encouraging locals to redevelop their own traditions and create their own cultural practices which fulfil this brief.

The Culture branch of Peacekeeper Integrity is tasked with ensuring that the correct organisational culture is present throughout the Peacekeeper Territories. This includes ensuring that certain mottos are deeply ingrained within everyone who lives within the Territories and that there is a clear set of behaviours which are followed, no matter the species.
It is about bringing everyone together behind the idea that the Alliance is for the betterment of everyone.

Qualifications

In order to step into the position of Director of Culture, there are several routes a person could take. These include:

Orthodox Route

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Min 10 years working within Peacekeeper Integrity under Culture

Unorthodox Route

• Min 6 years at Peacekeeper Academy, including 90% or higher in all Foundations Courses
• Time spent in a Leadership role within P'Ache Prime Media Outlets
• Staying within P'Ache Star System: Min 10 years
• Travelling beyond the P'Ache Star System: Min 5 years
• Min 5 years working within Peacekeeper Integrity reporting directly for Director of Order
