Background

The Head of Peacekeeper Integrity is the most senior role within Peacekeeper Integrity, one of the three pillars of the Peacekeeper Alliance. Reporting only to the Head of Peacekeeper Command, they are responsible for embodying the idea of unity, ensuring that everyone within The Alliance is working together.

Peacekeeper Integrity is responsible for ensuring consistent organisational culture across the Peacekeeper Territories.
This includes maintaining the strength of the relationships of the different systems and planets within The Alliance and ensuring that all peoples living within these Territories are united under their shared goals.

Responsibilities

As well as managing their four direct reports, the Head of Peacekeeper Integrity is responsible for:

Approving Communication Trends

Regularly reviewing and approving communications trends, including high-stake output and lead story focus for P'Ache Prime Media Outlets.

Directing Societal Norms

Building out a solid workflow for Societal Norms specific to each planet and culture which dovetail into the societal expectations of the Peacekeeper Alliance.

Representing Integrity

Being the public face of Peacekeeper Integrity both at events and in the media.

Reviewing Cultural Changes

Working with the Director of Culture to plan culture across the Peacekeeper Territories.

Facilitating Law and Order

Ensuring the Director of Order has what they need to be effective and that they and their team are working collaboratively with other departments.

Cross-Pillar Collaboration

Meet regularly with the Heads of the other Pillars to discuss how they can support one another, work with the Head of Peacekeeper Command to define cross-pillar goals.

Qualifications

In order to step into the position of Head of Peacekeeper Integrity, there are several routes a person could take. These include:

Orthodox Route

Min 10 years working as one of the following:

• Director of Communications
• Director of Culture
• Director of Societal Norms
• Director of Order

Unorthodox Route

Min 20 years working at a Director level within one of the following areas:

• Peacekeeper Diplomacy
• Peacekeeper Efficiency
• Peacekeeper Command
