Eye-stealing Locket

The Eye-Stealing Locket is a Thievian item.   As a standard action, a creature holding the locket can speak the command word “Oculafurtum” (Celestial for "Eye-Theft") and the targeted creature must make a DC13 Fortitude save or its eyes are stolen by the locket leaving black orbs in their place. The fortitude DC goes up if the person holding the locket is a Mesmerist.   A second command word ("Oculareditus", meaning "Eye-Return") can be spoken to return the eyes to victim. Otherwise the blindness is permanent unless removed by Miracle or Wish.   Each Eye-Stealing Locket can contain a single set of eyes at a time. So long as the locket has eyes the person in possession of the locket counts as having a body part of the person for the purpose of spells such as Scrying.
