Mosquito Petrichor is the trusted Seneschal of House Baharat. He received his position through his aquaintance with Dame Viziera Florette Rocket (Viziera Jessop Baharat's mother), who he met at the Elderton University dueling society.

As the seneschal for House Baharat, Petrichor's duties include managing the day-to-day running of the estate, and acting as butler and bodyguard to the Baharat family. Although he prefers to blend in as an Innocuous Servant, Petrichor is actually an extremely talented (level 18) ninja, with an incredibly deadly skill with the sword cane that he weilds. The attack on the Baharat Estate, where the Patchwork Empire attempted to abduct the baby Subvizier Sumac Baharat, was possibly deliberately planned to take place when Petrichor was away from the estate, since the rebels could have picked up the information about the estate's most deadly fighter through Johann(a)'s relationship with James Baharat.
