The Black Realm

Where the black roses grow.

Structure

Absolute Mistress of her realm, the Witch-Queen Runa maintains full discretion in the acknowledgement, creation, dispersal, interpretation, and implementation of all laws and regulations within the Black Realm, subject only to the advisement of her Sovereign, Nihilus Eventide.   A council of subjects vows to support and aid her at all times.

Culture

The Black Realm is a matriarchy. As such, authority of every family, clan, or tribe (hereby known as ‘house’) within the Black Realm shall lie solely with the oldest living matriarch in the family line, known as the high matriarch, with descent and relationship being reckoned through her. The high matriarch is the sole arbiter of all family affairs and maintains the right and responsibility of guiding all decisions for her family including, but not limited to, politics, morals, social privilege, and property.
