Slumber
Slumber is the capital city of the Black Realm and a settlement in The Havens.
History
Though founded by Lord-Holder Jaxom, he and several of his company moved north to found Lakeside after a combination of troubles including the cursed realm and an ultimatum delivered by the nearby Sovereignty.
A year later, the area was conquered by the Sovereignty after it had become a hive for bandits. Its remaining occupants were put to the sword and made into undead by apocalypse fog, one of the many hazards of the dread domain.
The city served as capital of the Black Realm, a vassal-state of the Sovereignty, until the disappearance of its ruler, the Witch-Queen Runa. It was renamed Slumber after her favorite witch-hex.
