History

The Birth of the 501st came as the Covenant was established and a fighting force was needed to be trained and made ready to stand against the Kreegan armies. The 501st took on the roll of training civilians into soldiers. As great soldiers reach the end of their carrier in the Covenant they are sent back to the 501st as cadre and train the next generation.
