Personal history
Sildasa was born and raised in the rougher parts of Felidae. Her parents didn't expect to have a child in such a hopeless place, so Sildasa's birth put a strain on them financially. Struggling to get by was all they could do and once she turned ten, her father left with a traveling merchant caravan and never returned. She was abandoned by her mother out of anger and was eventually picked up by a cleric. The orphanage she was placed in was riddled with death and disease and any friends she made weren't around for long. For years, she was surrounded by this reality and it left a lasting impact on her.
In her late teens, she fled Felidae and caught a boat ride to Caelsimil as a stowaway. Somehow, she found herself in Florence, where she met Mariellis Paka. He was a paladin in training for the Caelsimilian military and took notice of Sildasa immediately. He put a good word in for her and she was recruited into the military to undertake training as a cleric of Altamere. This role gave her a new lease on life and gave her the tools to save the diseased and dying. She'd never have to suffer the loss of a friend from preventable illnesses and that did wonders for her mentally and spiritually.
Once her training was complete, her and Mariellis were assigned to the same squad. The two were a match made in Heaven and married three weeks later. Sildasa remained in the military until she fell pregnant with their first child. She never officially retired, hoping that one day she'd find herself on the front lines once more. That never happened and Sildasa lived a quiet, peaceful life as a housewife while Mariellis continued to climb up the ranks. The pair had five children together; Yula, Kraughton, Krita, Drea, and Ero.
After Mariellis passed away, Sildasa moved to the family farm and occupied her time by schooling Krag's children. She's now a member of the Order of the Oracle's Eye to put her divine magic to good use. She also runs a soup kitchen for the homeless in Florence.

Motivation
Sildasa is motivated by her trauma, which leads her to act purely out of compassion and kindness. She's a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason, but doesn't let that philosophy rule her life. Anyone in need can find a friend in Sildasa and she's willing to help in all circumstances, so long as they align with her values as a cleric of Altamere.
