Avail

A Sentinel Mask that stayed in Periton after The Guild pulled out of the city . Avail was known as Strar Strongdew before masks hiding ones identity became common place.
While not a top tier tinker, Avail has a large following due to the flashy nature of his equipment.

Appearance

Avail's equipment is bulky regardless of what state it is in. His armor covers his body entirely, while his right arm is prosthetic after having lost it when the Butchers were pushed out. 

Abilities

Avail is a Tinker that can create weaponry that switches between two states, often using them as shields or massive cannons. As long as Avail has a beacon on him, he can swap out equipment that he has stored at his laboratory.
