Ibealany

A school for junior education on the borders of the Wine Crown and Ratknot, Ibealany takes not only children from the local area, but those lucky enough to make it in from the Ratknot. This has caused the school not only be viewed poorly, but is considered a festering ground for gang members.
It's low graduation percentage and generally poor conditions don't help these opinions.
